I’ve been busy today! I woke up at 3:30 and could not get back to sleep, so I got up and started writing. I wrote for three hours before I had to get the kids up and get ready to for church. I’m considering signing up for a Humorous Storytelling class where my husband has been taking Improv classes (and he also took the Storytelling one recently) to push myself. When I couldn’t get back to sleep it was because my brain was focusing on what story I might be able to use for the class. I wrote 1,746 words.
Then after lunch I found myself back at my computer exploring how to expand this author site to help with my motivation. I’ve upgraded my wordpress account to give me more options, added more pages to the site, and started planning both a free email newsletter option as well as a “choose your own donation” Extra-Exclusive tier (you’ll need to subscribe to find out what’s included in that tier).
